Businessman Shkëlqim Fusha Appears Before SPAK in Erion Veliaj's Case

Businessman Shkëlqim Fusha appeared before the Special Prosecution (SPAK) this afternoon. Footage shows the entrepreneur entering the premises of the Special Prosecution Office. Fusha is under investigation in the case involving Erion Veliaj, who is suspected of committing the criminal offense of “Active Corruption of high state officials or elected local officials.”

The Court of Serious Crimes (GJKKO) has imposed a "reporting obligation" on Fusha, who is known for winning tenders from the Municipality of Tirana. Also under investigation are businessmen Gentian Sula, Meriman Palushi, Fatmir Bektashi, Sokol Kryeziu, and Elman Abule.
