On another day with an alarming balance sheet, the Elbasan Local Police Directorate uncovered a series of violations that indicate the escalation of chaos and the trampled rule of law in the cities of the region.
In Librazhd, a 56-year-old man was caught transporting illegally cut timber in a pickup truck, all while under the influence of alcohol – a real ticking time bomb that endangered everyone's lives!
In the same city, a 52-year-old man gave "civic lessons" by punching a 45-year-old man over a trivial disagreement. Meanwhile, a 54-year-old woman was caught building an illegal structure on her property, defying every zoning law.
In Elbasan, three citizens – EK, Xh. P. and FB – were prosecuted after they fought among themselves in a purely physical conflict for base motives, while a 41-year-old was declared wanted, after he appropriated the car that was entrusted to him by a 36-year-old and never returned it!
Criminal files have been rapidly distributed to the Prosecutor's Office, while citizens are asking: Is there any corner in this district that has not entered the map of legal chaos?
