Another episode of urban violence occurred on Dibra Street, where a trivial argument over parking ended in gunfire. 29-year-old Gerald Hoxha was wounded in the leg, while the suspected perpetrator, Franci Canaj, 32, is still at large.



The incident reflects the failure of institutions to guarantee order in the heart of the capital. Shooting for a parking space is a reflection of a society that is falling apart due to the lack of justice and control.
